Braid is a Client library for a portion of the IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) transactions.
This library specifically focuses on PIX, XDS.a & XDS.b, ATNA, BPPC and XDS-SD profiles in ITI domain, and XDS-MS (Referral & Discharge Summary) and EDR content profiles in PCC domain.
The Zambia Electronic Perinatal Record System (ZEPRS) is an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used by public obstetric clinics and a hospital (the University Teaching Hospital) in Lusaka, Zambia to improve patient care. The Clinical Study Tracker (CST) is a simple software suite of tools which is used to track progress and completion of medical tests performed on participants during a clinical study. Front page has ‘file folder appearance’ which allows for easy, understandable data entry. Each activity (or medical test) is comprised of a sequence of activity steps (or process steps) which are assigned a date field (where the completion date of the activity step is entered). The tool suite comprises of an Administration Tool used to setup the database, and a Logging Tool for logging progress data.
The Gazelle project is aimed at developing testing tools for IHE. This tools shall test the interoperability of medical systems and the compliance of the messages send bu those systems with standards recommended by IHE.
Gazelle is replacing Kudu, the tool that was first designed to manage IHE connectathon.
The CYTOMINE project (started in 2010) is continuously developing a rich internet application using modern web technologies, databases, and machine learning to foster active and distributed collaboration and ease large-scale image exploitation.
