The LibreHealth EHR application is a clinically-focused electronic health record (EHR) system designed to be both easy to use “out of the box” and also customizable for use in a variety of health care settings. It builds on the strength of the LibreHealth Toolkit, and adapts many of the proven user experiences built over many years in the OpenEMR system. It is designed to be a modern, easy-to-use experience for health care professionals in their daily work.
OpenEMR Mobile of a mobile version of OpenEMR optimized for users of web-enabled cell phone devices. The mobile website allows authorized users to securely and quickly access the scheduling data of an existing installation of OpenEMR from anywhere via a cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Two different versions of the mobile website are available, one for handhelds with full browser support and one optimized for limited browsers.
Features of Mobile OpenEMR include:
i2b2 has turned out to be a very valuable component for secondary use of routine clinical data. Its pragmatic database schema allows merging of data from heterogeneous data sources, and the intuitive user interface enables easy querying and powerful processing. However, it's a component rather than a complete solution: The user is facing several barriers when integrating i2b2 into the operational workflow.
Ogles2 is an interactive slice and volume visualization and analysis tool based on Open Inventor / Coin3D. Ogles2 allows for reproducing the workflow of frame based stereotactic neurosurgery. In the long run it strives for being an open source stereotactic planning and analysis system. Ogles2 is NOT APPROVED FOR CLINICAL USE.
Bioconductor is an open source, open development software project to provide tools for the analysis and comprehension of high-throughput genomic data. It is based primarily on the R programming language.
The Bioconductor release version is updated twice each year, and is appropriate for most users. There is also a development version, to which new features and packages are added prior to incorporation in the release. A large number of meta-data packages provide pathway, organism, microarray and other annotations.

The OpenEEG project is about creating a low cost EEG device. Working hardware has been built and is in a late beta stage. Software is still only alpha.
Many people are interested in what is called neurofeedback or EEG biofeedback training, a generic mental training method which makes the trainee consciously aware of the general activity in the brain. This method shows great potential for improving many mental capabilities and exploring consciousness. Other people want to do experiments with brain-computer interfaces or just want to have a look at their brain at work.
