ParaView

ParaView is an open-source, multi-platform data analysis and visualization application. ParaView users can quickly build visualizations to analyze their data using qualitative and quantitative techniques. The data exploration can be done interactively in 3D or programmatically using ParaView's batch processing capabilities.

ParaView was developed to analyze extremely large datasets using distributed memory computing resources. It can be run on supercomputers to analyze datasets of terascale as well as on laptops for smaller data.

SNOMED Release Validation Framework

The Release Validation Framework is an useful tool for validating SNOMED CT RF2 packages – SNOMED International is open-sourcing the Release Validation Framework in order to allow people to extend it as they require for their own purposes. Non-standard packages (such as translated content), therefore, will need additional assertions adding by the user in order to validate all scenarios.

IHE Gazelle Tools

The Gazelle project is aimed at developing testing tools for IHE. This tools shall test the interoperability of medical systems and the compliance of the messages send bu those systems with standards recommended by IHE.

Gazelle is replacing Kudu, the tool that was first designed to manage IHE connectathon.

OpenEMR Mobile of a mobile version of OpenEMR optimized for users of web-enabled cell phone devices. The mobile website allows authorized users to securely and quickly access the scheduling data of an existing installation of OpenEMR from anywhere via a cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Two different versions of the mobile website are available, one for handhelds with full browser support and one optimized for limited browsers.

PUMA repository

The PUMA Repository (Pascal units for medical applications) is a collection of reusable source code for bioinformatics. It is compatible with Lazarus and Free Pascal, parts of the source code can also be used with Delphi and winsoft Pocket Studio.
Components of the PUMA repository include a unit converter for transforming instrumentation readouts consisting of a numerical value and a measurement unit, and an HL7 engine for reading, parsing, compiling and writing HL7 messages.
