The CMS3.0 is an open-source clinic management system project jointly implemented by the Hong Kong Medical Association (HKMA) and the Information and software Industry Association (ISIA), with the funding support from the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) under the Sector-specific Programme (SSP) for the Medical and Health Sector, and was developed by the Mobigator Technology Group.

The MedinTux project is a medical records managing software which aim the most to adapt its users. Thereby it is build with the permanent purpose to assist and relieve its users in their daily work.

We’ve worked a lot on the user-friendliness side of the software, thinking that any medical practitioner not necessarily accustomed to computing could manage and edit his records without any external helps. And because every members of the dev-team is professionaly implicated in the healthy body, we’ve succeeded in the many aspects of doing such a software !

The foundation for WorldVistA EHR was developed as part of the VistA-Office project, a collaborative effort funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

DataPall Palliative Care EMR

DataPall is a free software system specifically designed to assist palliative care providers in record keeping, data management, and reporting. It is especially tailored to programs in low-resource settings. Rice 360 interns in Malawi developed DataPall, an electronic medical records system tailored to the needs of palliative care providers in the region. DataPall offers a user-friendly interface that allows health workers to accurately and efficiently input appointment records. The program allows for individual patient tracking and aggregate data management.

OpenVista CIS

OpenVista supports the clinical and nutritional services workflows of acute and ambulatory care facilities through seven foundational applications: the Clinical Information System (CIS); the Health Information Management System (HIMS); Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Nutrition and Food Service applications; and the OpenVista Interface Suite.

Gestion de cabinet médicaux (GECAMed)

The GECAMed “Gestion de cabinet médicaux” project was initially started after the bankruptcy of a commercial software company in Luxembourg, which provided software for patient data management.

The consequece was that all physicians using this software found themselves in a difficult situation. There was no longer any support for their medical cabinet management software, while their electronic patient records were in danger to be lost or become inaccessable.
